A Manitoba Land Surveyor and Canada Lands Surveyor, Wilson gives guidance to Phillips and Stevens and oversees the quality of the products and services that we provide. He is a strong believer in continual improvement, both professionally and personally, and instills this attribute in his staff. Wilson has been in the land surveying and consulting industry for 16 years. He has a wealth of experience in construction, control surveys, subdivisions, expert opinion reports and multiple surveys in remote locations. Wilson's strong work ethic, vast experience and commitment to continual improvement combine to give our clients the value that they expect and deserve.

Michael Paré, MLS

Michael Paré is a Manitoba Land Surveyor and Phillips and Stevens’ director of operations. He has 12 years combined experience in the land surveying, engineering and construction fields. Michael began his career teaching, then entered the surveying field in engineering, working on large building, roadway and construction projects throughout Manitoba and Canada. His experience has led him to locations as remote as Resolute and the north shores of Baffin Island, as well as many remote communities throughout Manitoba. This experience, especially in large construction projects, is a definite asset to our clients. Michael has also served as crew chief on several Treaty Land Entitlement surveys and has experience working on Canada Lands and interpretation of natural boundaries. Following his recently acquired commission as a Manitoba Land Surveyor, Michael’s scope of responsibilities at Phillips and Stevens has expanded significantly.
